1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between lg99 ("we", "our", "platform") and each individual who uses this website ("you", "user").

By accessing the lg99 platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time; updated Terms will take effect as soon as they are published. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

2. Eligibility & Age

To create and use an account on the lg99 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("for persons aged 21 and above only").
• Online betting and gaming is not legally prohibited for you in the country or region where you reside.
• You have an active and valid personal identity and the account belongs entirely to you.
• You are not included on any gambling-related self-exclusion list.
• You are not listed as a person banned by us.

lg99 reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. Failure to submit the required documents for verification may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Account Creation

Only one lg99 account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. At the time of registration, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account closure.

3.2 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must never share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

3.3 Updating Information

If any of your personal information registered on the account changes, please notify our support team as soon as possible. Keeping outdated or incorrect information may cause issues with payment processing and delays in account verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

lg99 supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500.

For bank transfers, transactions can be made through major commercial banks in Bangladesh such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and others. All deposits must be sent from an account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be processed. If verification is not complete, the withdrawal may be delayed.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT). Any foreign currency conversion is outside lg99's responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

lg99 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 or more gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (15x). Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used for betting and gaming on the lg99 platform.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — the next bonus will activate once the wagering on the current one is complete.
• Transferring a bonus to another user is strictly prohibited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• lg99 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of bonus offers at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

lg99 has four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback, Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback, and Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. You can advance to higher tiers through regular active play. The benefits and rules for each tier will be communicated separately.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, though we may consider exceptions in certain specific circumstances. lg99 reserves the right to cancel any bet where an incorrect quotation or impossible amount is displayed due to a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Markets are described as generalised examples; the schedule, scores, or live odds of any specific match are not part of these Terms. International rules of the relevant sport are followed when determining betting outcomes.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

Betting features, rules, and outcome determination in casino games are entirely governed by the software of the relevant game provider. All games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. If you have a complaint about a game result, please notify our support team.

6.4 Fishing Games

In the fishing games section — such as Shed Dragon Fishing — the rules for gameplay, earning points, and prize distribution are determined by the relevant game provider. lg99 monitors the technical operation of these games but is not responsible for the internal mechanics of the games.

7. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to access the system through fraud, hacking, or any other unauthorised means.
• Abusing bonus offers or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Using the platform for money laundering or channelling illegal funds.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Betting on behalf of a third party or managing an account on behalf of another person.
• Deliberately providing false information to claim withdrawals or bonuses.
• Harassing or abusing other users of the platform.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8. Security & Privacy

lg99 uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security technology to protect your personal information and financial data. We never store your password or full payment details.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. In such cases, any outstanding balance (subject to bonus wagering requirements being met) will be returned to your registered payment method.

10.2 Suspension by lg99

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• If there is suspicion that the user is a minor.
• To take necessary action under anti-money laundering regulations.

11. Limitation of Liability

lg99 is not liable for any loss caused by a technical error, server outage, or issues arising from third-party software. We strive to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform, but temporary disruptions may occur during maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

Our liability will in no circumstances extend beyond your balance or deposited funds. lg99 will not be liable in any way for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Consumer protection rights under applicable laws in Bangladesh remain unaffected.

12. Changes to Terms

lg99 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms will be deemed as your automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.

13. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We strive to resolve every complaint honestly and as quickly as possible.

If the matter cannot be resolved through the support team, both parties will attempt to settle the dispute through a mutually agreed mediator. It is our commitment to consider every dispute impartially.

If you have a complaint about the outcome of any bet or game, you must notify the support team within 72 hours. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.
