Support Questions
Yes, the lg99 support team is active seven days a week, 24 hours a day — any time at all. Whether it's the middle of the night, early morning, Eid, or a regular day, you are guaranteed to reach support whenever you run into a problem.
The lg99 support team can assist in both Bengali and English. With Bangladeshi players in mind, primary support is provided in Bengali, so there is no need to worry about the language.
Before reaching out to support, have your account username or registered phone number, a brief description of your issue, and a screenshot if possible. This helps the support agent understand and resolve your problem quickly.
lg99 offers two support channels — live chat and email. After logging in to the site, you can speak directly with an agent via live chat. For help by email, write to [email protected]. Both channels provide assistance in Bengali.
When you send an email to [email protected], our support team will reply to that same address. Including details of the issue and your account information in the email helps speed up the resolution. For urgent matters, live chat is the most effective option.
VIP & Cashback
lg99 VIP members receive weekly cashback, priority access to special promotions, dedicated support, and a range of other exclusive benefits. The higher the tier you reach, the more rewards you earn and the richer your experience on the platform.
lg99 has four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; and Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. The cashback rate increases as you move to higher tiers.
Each week, cashback is calculated based on your total wagering amount. The cashback funds are credited directly to your account, and you can use them to place more bets or withdraw them. It is an automatic reward system for regular lg99 players.
By playing games and placing bets regularly, you will gradually advance to higher tiers. Moving from Bronze to Silver, Silver to Gold, and Gold to Platinum depends entirely on your activity. Progress comes naturally as long as you stay active.
Platinum VIP members receive the highest weekly cashback rate (1.2%) and also get the opportunity to take part in special offers and exclusive events. In addition, the lg99 support team handles requests from Platinum members on a priority basis.
How to Deposit Money
You can deposit money at lg99 using five payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank). These are the easiest and most familiar options for Bangladeshi players.
Log in to your account, open the deposit section, and select bKash. Send money to the lg99 bKash number provided and enter the transaction ID in the form. Once successfully verified, the balance will be credited directly to your account.
Depositing via Nagad follows the same process as bKash — select Nagad from the deposit page, send money to the designated number, and submit the transaction ID. The process is fast and secure. If you run into any issues, get help through live chat.
lg99 generally does not impose any platform fee on deposits. However, mobile banking operators (bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay) may deduct their own send-money fees — this is outside lg99's control. Contact the support team for the latest information.
The minimum deposit limit across all payment methods at lg99 is ৳500. Depositing this amount or more activates your account balance, allowing you to participate in any game or betting market.
How to Withdraw Money
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must first meet the wagering requirement. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing (on the bonus portion only, not the deposit). Once the requirement is met, you can withdraw using any payment method.
Yes, for security reasons lg99 always recommends that withdrawals be made to the same payment account used for the deposit, registered in the player's own name. Sending funds to a third-party account is generally not permitted.
The standard processing time for withdrawals at lg99 is just 5 to 30 minutes. Funds arrive fastest through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers may take a little longer.
Yes, lg99's payment processing runs seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Withdrawals are typically completed within 5–30 minutes even at night or on public holidays. If there is any delay, contact live chat straight away.

Slot Games
Free spins are generally available in two ways: they trigger automatically when a certain number of scatter or bonus symbols land in a game, and they are awarded as part of casino promotions. Winnings from free spins may be subject to wagering requirements.
RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical percentage of total wagers that a slot game returns to players over the long term. It does not guarantee the outcome of any individual spin — it is simply a statistical indicator. High-RTP games are generally more suitable for long-term play.
For a limited budget, low-volatility slots are a good choice — these games offer a higher chance of winning, though each win tends to be smaller. With a larger budget, you can play high-volatility slots, where there is the potential for bigger prizes but also longer dry spells in between. Try the demo mode first to get a feel for the game.
In a progressive jackpot slot, a small portion of every bet is added to a shared prize pool. The more players wager, the larger the prize grows. When a specific combination or bonus is triggered, one lucky player wins the entire jackpot.
Many slot games offer a demo or free-play mode where you can try the game with virtual balance and no real-money risk. It is a great way to understand the mechanics of a new game and practise strategies. Visit the casino section of lg99 to see which games support demo mode.
